The world teaches each person can have their own "truth," and that my truth doesn't have to be your truth, which means...is anything really true? At Seaside Church, we believe the writings in the Bible to be the authoritative words of the one true God from whom has come the real meaning of this thing we call life.

God is our heavenly Father and we are His sons and daughters; this makes us family. But people are hurting and are sometimes distorted in their views as to what family is. We belive we have a responsibility to present family as God intended it to look and operate.

Most simply put, He is God and we are not. Graciously though, He desires for us to know (worship) Him and for us to seek (worship) His ways for how we should live (worship) in response to Him. He makes Himself known throughout all of His creation, through His written word, through His son Jesus, and through the men and women He's redeemed.

Relationships just don’t come easy and this includes within the body of Christ. We are constantly redefining how we are receiving people, what we are doing to train people, and how we are going about sharing the gospel in as a church in Bremerton and the greater Kitsap County. Our hope is that we will love authentically as the church and that this love will work to transform the communities around us.

Training is what happens when we learn how to live and then share that valuable information with someone else. At Seaside, we believe God desires to use each and every person to get the word out about who He really is. We believe we all have a role to play in the time we have been given.
